Philosophy & Vision

My passion and strengths lie in assisting people to make positive steps to take back mastery of their health and wellbeing and move towards their greatest potential and freedom. I take an integrative and holistic approach, working with both body/mind/spirit, meeting you where you are at and walking side by side with you towards a brighter,
joyful and more authentic place within yourself and your world.

I presently have moved to Europe and work with clients around the world both online and in person. My main approach is growing the clients’ awareness and understanding of themselves and root causes of what life is presenting. We from there work on how to form a healthier way of seeing and relating to present challenges and strengthening and increasing the clients resources and authentic power within themselves to transform the situation
